It's that time of the year again, when crazy fans wait in line for 8 hours to get a peek of Zac Efron on the red carpet and social media peeps around Toronto do what they can to get the best and exclusive pictures and interviews with celebs...The Toronto International Film Festival.
Being in film school for the past 3 years you would think that I would know more about TIFF, not really. I just know that they encouraged us to always to go the TIFF Bell Lightbox and watch documentaries. However I recently started interning at etalk last week (such an amazing opportunity, but we can talk about that another time) and the TIFF buzz around the office is insane and definitely has me worked up for the celebrities and movies coming our way.
I did have the opportunity to go the premiere of Parkland. It's about the assassination of JFK and the different events revolving around it. Going to the Roy Thompson Hall was an amazing experience. I saw a glimpse of Zac Efron on the red carpet, I saw my hubby Tom Welling come on stage and overall I highly enjoyed the movie. I strongly encourage movie-goers around Toronto to pick up a ticket to one of the screenings happening this week, and not to mention try and see any of your fave celebs. Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt will be in town (not together of course), Mila Kunis, Chris Hemsworth, Nicole Kidman, George Clooney, the list goes on!
So enjoy TIFF, one of the many exciting events out city has to offer.
