My latest obsession has been health smoothies! They're so easy to make for on-the-go runs; I make one every morning before I catch my train to work. Here is one of my favorite recipes enjoy!
1 cup of frozen fruit (blueberries, raspberries, strawberry's)
1 cup of unsweetened soy milk
1/2 up of kale
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of flax seeds
1 banana
