Coconut Water



I usually make smoothies with Almond milk, soy milk or Greek yogurt, but the other day my mom surprised me with a huge bag of frozen mangoes! I personally don't think mangoes mesh well with a creamy taste so I had to think of substitute liquids for my smoothie and it came to me: COCONUT WATER. Now you have to make sure when you're buying coconut water you're getting pure coconut water. A lot of them have extra, unnecessary ingredients. So just double check when reading the ingredients coconut water is the only thing you're buying! I used the coconut water instead of my regular almond milk and it tasted amazing. So sweet! I'm sure the mangoes helped but it was delicious without any extra sugar!

1 cup of frozen mangoes
Coconut water
Kale
Spinach
1 banana
Flax Seed Oil
Coconut oil
